190E outside temperature gauge removal?

is there a how to guide detailing the procedure to remove the OTG?

instrument cluster pull.

the first thing is to remove the instrument cluster and then remove the outside temp indicator from the cluster. Simple enough after you see it. this is a how to on the w124 but the 190 is similar. Some folks advocate removing the steering wheel first but rather than get involved with airbags etc best if you dont have to. http://www.mercedesshop.com/Wikka/W124InstCluster
