Cheap runner though for £300. If you drove it till the MOT and tax ran out, you'd probably get a chunk of your money back for spares etc

if it needs a new exhaust or even a section replacing then I reckon that's about the right price for it.

I agree with Will, spend £300, patch/weld the exhaust and drive it until the MoT runs out then either sell it on or break it for spares.

£300 is probably less than a set of winter tyres would cost you
