These screens are bonded in and can’t really be removed and refitted. You’d never get it out without damage and it would be covered with old adhesive too.

Not to mention an old screen is likely to be scratched to oblivion by the panoramic wiper and peppered with stone chips!

Car is in the bodyshop being sprayed. So chipped screen has been professionally removed. I will get a professional to fit the new screen, just need to get one.

Have you asked them? The Germans have usually shipped when asked.

And Auto-Doc is listing 201 windscreens from Glavista as available.

Contacted a few MB dealerships, not available. However MB in Guildford tried a bit harder, I have ordered one with them. It won't arrive until November, but they can get one, so many thanks to their guy Daniel Quest.

Cost is £319 + vat = £382.80 so a bit more than anywhere else, so it is the correct one for the car, with the correct top tint.
