I'm not sure there are many vintage guitar fans here, but here goes...
Genuine '58 ES-225 TDN guitar, from Gibson's 'Golden Era'. The most rare and desirable of all of the ES-225s: natural blonde finish, two P90s and no Bigsby. True semi-acoustic (no centre-block) - it rings loud and clear when played acoustically. BIG '58 neck, no cracks/repairs. All original as far as I know (as it's a semi, I haven't had the wiring/pickups/etc out).
Plays beautifully, sounds great and even has that '50s old-wood smell.
With original hard case. Have attached some pix.
I'd prefer an interesting PX for cash plus:
* early Gibson SG
* vintage Tweed Deluxe amp
* vintage BF Fender amp with reverb
* vintage Marshall amp
Cash price is £3000. (Typical US dealer price is $6500+ just do a search on www.gbase.com for reference)
I'm in Woodbridge (off A12 in Suffolk).
