Put some wide 16'' penta alloys on it, someone could make a sharp looking car out of it.

Thats not a real AMG is it? Seems like an aftermarket kit thats been put on at some point.

were they not making about a £100 those badges if genuine
Thats the only valuable bit on the car.. the rest looks like junk.

If it were mine, I'd take the badge, wheels and bodykit off and sell them separately, and tidy the car up and sell as a wedding car/practical classic. As it it it looks wrong, IMHO....not that I'm in any way an expert. Does anyone disagree - I'd be interested to hear the other side... does anyone think it could be a real AMG? Did they even exist?

The body kit is definitely not AMG and not sure what is but it's quite frightening.

I quite agree. I'm addicted to mine, and it's not even been a week, or even been on the road yet...
I'm going to make the restoration as 'right' as I can. Time and especially money are not on my side, but even so I am determined to do the best by the car to do a sympathetic restoration, and bring it back to its former glory.
