Hello :)

My name is Marvin, I am 18 and from Germany.
I have been the owner of a 190E 2.3 for 2 months now. It is my first car, I got it from an old man from Stuttgart, Germany (Mercedes-Benz "home town").
I discovered this forum when I was looking for some pictures of "signalred" W201s.
I totally fell in love with the Baby-Benz from this thread:

http://www.mbclub.co.uk/forums/members-gallery/60959-1993-w201-190e-signalrot.html

So now I am here and want to show you my Baby-Benz

Model: 190E 2.3 (1988, Facelift 1)
Engine: M102, 2.3-litre 4-cylinder, 132 HP, cat, 5-speed manual transmission
Paint: 568 signalred
Wheels: At the moment standard 185/65/15 with original Mercedes caps

Now some pics, taken within the last two months :)

When I got it in October 2011 it looked like this, it's covered 151,000 miles (243,000 km)

Then it got colder and it was time to do the wheel change

This is the engine. I did a lot of cleaning, it's in a very good condition.

The interior is in a pretty good condition, too

244,946 km (about 152,200 miles) last week

After Christmas I did some exterieur cleaning and this was the result

Thanks for watching, hope you enjoyed :D

I hope everything works.

Marvin

Alright so this is what it looks like now!
I love it, looks much better than the other wheel caps

Pretty cold here in Germany, but I can't stop cleaning my red devil :D ...

I'm looking forward to buying 8Jx16 15-hole rims in May/June + 205/50 R16 tyres.

What I'm going to do next is picking up some new ignition system parts to have a better cold start perfomance.

Alright, enough of bad English, here a pic from last week

Bye

A little update ...

Purchased some nice 16x8J 15-holes and Michelin 215/45/16 tyres

This is what it looks like.
I really like it but the car definitely has to be lowered next year.
The wheels look so small and "lost" ... idk

Have a nice weekend!

Here a pic I took today ...
I really like my new wheels!

Before: 15x7J + 185/65/15
Now: 16x8J + 215/45/16

But it's quite a difference when it comes to friction, acceleration, and so on.
Gotta get used to it ...

But it looks so much better now, that's essential ... :D :D

Hey guys,

I really like the "sporty" look of my little baby from this angle though it's not even lowered yet.

Love my first car! :bannana:
Never gonna give it away. In 6 years it'll be a classic here in Germany :)
