Hello ladies and gentlemen, preferably near Edinburgh.

I have the above, lucky me; but I want someone to buy it off me and restore it to its former glory. It used to be the diplomatic car for the commissioner to Tonga (eg it has a flagstaff pretty cool). Get in touch and we can discuss what it needs doing to it.
