Right, here's my 190 now I'm allowed to advertise
Firstly I know what this car is due me and I won't take silly offers for it. If it doesn't sell then I'll keep it and restore it over a long term.
It's a 1990 2.5, in blue/black showing 104k miles. There's no paperwork to prove though. It has T&T 'til Jan '10.
Overall the car is in good condition although a couple of bits let it down. She still scrubs up well though. It's a totally standard example and has the option of electric front seats. The rest of the spec includes ASD, dogleg box, full electric pack and central locking. Even on the bumpiest roads there are very few rattle, if any. Even nowadays it's still quite a fast car and can keep up an astonishing cross country pace. The handling is superb as you'd expect.
I gave the car a full service in April, the oil, all filters, plugs, leads and distributor cap/rotor arm. The front top mounts were changed at this time too. 3 weeks ago the clutch was changed. I'll give it another oil change before it sells.
Bodily wise it is in pretty good shape although there is some slight damage to the nearside wing and the rear offside door. A couple of rust spots are starting to appear and would ideally need looked at before winter sets in.
This is a fast appreciating classic with a strong heritage, from a time when Mercedes still used proper quality materials.
I'm after £1800 NO OFFERS
