1990 300TE-24 Alternator

Can anyone let me know the part no(s) for the alternator on a 1990 300TE-24 please. I am out of the country at the moment so it's difficult to check myself.

The car has been stood for 6 months without moving, when I got it going again the alternator is no longer charging. As I am selling it shortly I don't want to pay out for a new one so need to know the correct secondhand one.

The car is going in part exchange so if anybody is after any bits that can be removed without affecting the ability to drive it to the garage please ask.

To be honest, if it's just going in as p/x, any MB alternator that fits would do the job

Thanks for the info. I am of the same opinion but I don't know if the fittings are different, if not, then yes anything will do!!
