I had mine damaged by previous owner, but repairs covered up until the mirror broke and I found a mass of silicone inside just holding the mirror to the motor assembly. I had to get a replacement, but a new one was too expensive, so I got a OEM? replacement. However, its mirror appears a bit different and softer, so it has now got a crack maybe due to the heater on a cold night or been hit by something. I need an original replacement complete set with the mouldings or just the mechanised and electronic part with mirror. I would prefer one from a similar vintage car, a 1994 to 1996 version. Mine is a 1994 version and the mirror mechanism has a made in Malaysia embossed inside. Thanks. (left side front door RV mirror assembly, righthand drive car).
