Hello All

i know its the wrong make but hey, thought it might be of interest to someone on here

the car has long history in my family, infact it has been known to my family since day one!

the car was originally bought by a friend of the family for his wife Brand new from BlueBell in Wilmslow, 2 years later my uncle bought it from his friend as his main car, unfortunately he passed away a very short time after, the car was then naturally passed on to my Auntie, she kept the car in a garage for the next 16 years or so with the car being used very little in the the coming years it would spend most of its time in the garage and or on short trips locally where she lived (Hale Barnes)

the car was always looked after by BMW and or a BMW specialist

the car is original in every way possible, no modifications have been done and no boys racers have ever driven this car, i have all the manuals/service history and wallet including bills for tyres and other consumables etc, 2 keys and 2 alarm key fobs (1 needs to be replaced) even the radio is the original Pioneer unit and again i have the original BMW pioneer manual for it, i have a folder full of history and will update the ad with the details and pics when i get time

the car passed it MOT with flying colours, from memory the only advisory was a slightly worm (to one side) tyre not bad for a 21 year old car

all the tools are present including the locking wheel nut, warning tingle and the first aid kit which is still in its original plastic wrapping (although loosely wrapped around the box)

the car has been cherished and well looked after all its life as well as being kept in a garage out of the elements, neither my Uncle, my Auntie or i have ever smoked in the car, no pets have been in the car, ever!

there are a couple of things that will needs to be sorted, this along with the fact that i have no use for the car means its up for sale

1) both rear aches have rust bubbles, it will need to be looked at however its not broken the paint and to be honest you have to look for it (due to the dark blue colour of the car i guess)

2) Driver seat won't lift up to allow access to the rear, i guess a cable has come loose or something

3) passenger interior door handle surround has come off (easily bought off ebay) this may be fixed in the next few weeks if i can get round to it

4) there seems to be a delay in pulling away from a stand still, its been suggested it could be Air flow and or torque converter, i have not looked in it so this is something the new owner will need to look into

any questions please feel free to ask,

i am in no rush to sell and may chuck into a car auction in April if no luck on usual sites

thanks
