1996 s500 coupe

Hi not sure where to post this as it seams there's no topic for it
I am looking to sell my s500 coupe but before I sellit I have a problem that needs sorting its the windows they have just started to go up and stop half way
I have force the windows up I have no idea what the problem is can any one help

Convenience module located in the boot, right hand side behind panel (controls windows), to be sure would connect to Star

Thanks for the reply what is star is that the mercedes computer
And if its the module are the universal or do I need the one for my car

Yes you need merc program to car h fault properly
Module usually will be same in all w140's, just make sure part number is correct
