    Hi, As per title above.

I know this sounds like a silly question but I've looked all over in the cockpit for the diagnostic socket location. Could someone point me in the right direction on where I can connect my diagnostic reader.?:wallbash:

    Thanks

if you do not have the 16pin odbII port under the steering wheel area, check for a large round cover on a control box, passenger side under the bonnet. Quite often there is an AirCon label on this box.

    Markmifsud,

Thanks for the response. I really cant find the 16 pin port under the steering wheel area. Why on earth would Mercedes locate this port at the oppisate side of the car and in the engine bay?! lol
