1st gear problem...

Hi guys, i am posting it from Mongolia, I have a problem with my transmission or engine idle?? cause the problem is when i put in 1 st gear and leg off from clutch slowly ( especially in heavy traffic jam) my car is shaking and the when i put it in 2nd gear it disappears..

so i changed flex disc, clutch disc, cover clutch but the problem doesn't disappear..

is there any suggestions?
