Surely slightly less difficult than a M113 swap, given fewer cylinders and better clearance? S/C or normally aspirated?

Hi,
It should be pretty much of a straight swap no more difficult than the 4.3 to 5.5 swap, though with that swap the extent of the work involved depends on the donor car the 320 engine came from and what car its going into.
Infact I think to avoid electrical issues I would using the 240 ECU and engine wiring loom (though loom could very well be the same depending donor and recpient vehicle) ensure the 240 and 320 have the same colour injectors and fuel filter, pump, and regulater, and get the car custom remapped once running.
