2 questions??

Hi all,

Took delivery of our new c220 cdi yesterday and its superb. I have 2 questions and I did try to find the answers in the handbook.

1. The console lights appear to be rather dim at night, is there any way of making them brighter?
2. This is buggin me for some reason, where the outside temp should be I have speed in kph, the handbook stated that in the UK we dont get it, but the dealer showed me the outside temp so it must work. How do I change it?

Not sure about the outside temp part, but for your interior lights, turn lights on and with your trip button turn it in a clockwise direction to brighten the lamps

Use the page buttons on the steering wheel to scroll to the total mileage page, then use the arrow buttons to select total milage, miles to service and outside temp.

I think they are too dim as well. The main instrument cluster is fine but the electric window buttons and centre console lights are too dim. I wonder if there is a resistor that can be changed or a set of brighter bulbs ?
