I'd definitely do that.

Because the zero rater who won, has won 5 other car auctions in the last hour.

Although if it doesn't go ahead, eBay offers the seller the chance to send a "second chance" offer to the next highest bidder.

Looks like a nice car,I will never understand why a seller does not put no zero raters,they just mess things up and it is the school holidays I hope you can do the deal.
