    Hi,
    I have recently bought a larger crankshaft pulley, and i want to know if there is any problem using it without a new soft/powerbox. I heard that if there is too much air, some engine parts could overheat/melt. AND i don't want to risk that!

    Engine M111.956 200k 163hp.
    Pulley 193 mm -> 220 mm

    That looks like a 218mm oversize pulley, if so you shouldn't have any problems with it.
