For anyone interested there are several issues that I have spotted:
Passenger side headlight is not alligned correctly and the grill is from a pre-facelift W202 (possible front end hit in the past)
AMG wheel arch extenders are missing on the driver side
Drivers side door doesnt not seem to line up correctly
