2000 CLK 430 Engine Missing (Misfire)

I was driving tonight not going fast at all and turned into the gas station to get some gas when the check engine light came on and the car started missing. Car starts up with out a problem. Doesn't sound like a blown engine. Drove it home. Sounds like a spark plug or spark plug wire issue.

I don't know to much about these cars yet but it's a 2000 CLK 430. It's been running great and know this. Any ideas? Man I hope this is minor.

Probably what you think, otherwise the lambda sensor or MAF sensor.

how do i check these sensors? What's the lambda sensor do?

Spark plugs and wires. Getting full diagnosis from Mercedes.
