2000 w202 rust - again!!! who now?

had the wheel arches repaired under mb warranty 18 months ago...now notice there is bubbling again! rang up mb watford, who pointed me to the (mb appointed )bodyshop that did the repair....the one thinks the other is responsible..etc. etc..going around in circles at the moment..

what is the legal position here? who is responsible for the matter now?

any advice greatly appreciated...

The MB approved bodyshops generally only give a 12 month warranty so I would suspect that you need to be banging on MB's door and be persistent!
