hi can any one help me the :engine diagnosis indicator lamp : came on on the dash about a week ago but car is running fine and i have checked the exhaust for leaks any ideas ?

I would Get the codes read it could be anything

Genrall codes can be read with generic code readers I use torque app on my android phone. But there are some mb specific fault codes that u cant read or reset. I would find a good local indi garage with star machine to have a look
