Have had a problem with movement in rear of car most notable when changing lanes - you get this sideways wobble. Had a good look today and the rear subframe front end bushes are soft and easily move up and down with slight leverage. Could this be the cause of the problem. Couldn't see anything else.

What are these like to do? Are they pressed in and do you have to remove the whole subframe to do them?

Any help appreciated.

It could be the sub frame bushimgs , though it could be worth checking the bushings in the rear suspension , particulary the bushing where the hub meets the lower suspension arm . These bushings are know to fail

If you need some at members rates please give me a nod.
