SERVICE HISTORY

The service history is exceptional with all receipts for all work done - it is thick binder full, all from main dealers except for the last service at a well known specialist who has a fondness for C43's (!).

The ABC system and valve blocks have been overhauled; the engine has has the oil pump updates (this will make sense to anyone who knows about the W220 V12's); all brakes and discs have been overhauled - you name it and it has been done.

More recently it has had new suspension arms, oil and filter change; transmission fluid flush; transmission filter; diff oil change; ABC check (perfect); all cabin filters have been replaced (dust and the expensive charcoal filters) with Mercedes Benz items; new engine air filters and air con regas.

Also brand new wiper blades - not to laughed at when they were £50!

The W220's can be problematic when people skimp on maintenance - this car has literally been maintained without regard to cost with all the paperwork to support it.

MOT AND TAX
The car has 11 months MOT and 12 months tax.

WHAT IT DOES NOT HAVE
The only items it does not have are: picnic tables; DISTRONIC and cooled seats.

I have a soft spot for the tank CL and S class of the W140 series but they are not a patch on the W220 for handling, especially with the ABC. It is almost hilarious how fast a car this big can be driven along B-roads and there is certainly the power there when overtaking beckons.

£7500

There are cheaper cars out there but none will have the amount of money and work done that has been done on mine, which is invaluable for piece of mind.
