2001 vito bulkhead removal

Hi I have just purchased a 2001 vito and am planning on removing the bulkhead to turn it into a crew cab, and was just wondering if anyone had any helpfull hints or tips that may make it go smoothly,

Quite simple if I remember. Had one fitted to our Vito, it came without one, and took it out sometime after with no problems that I can recall.
