2002 CL500 has Directed 3X05 alarm system installed now car wont start

I recently bought a 2002 CL500 from auction. Very clean car. Only 170k miles. It had a Directed alarm installed in it. Aka Viper alarm. I took out the box and horn and now nothing works. No crank. The doors lock and unlock with the fob. But the obd wont read. The cluster turns on then turns off after a few seconds. Windows dont roll up or down. Where would these other wires be?? Anybody help??

What happens if you put the box back in? Does it all work as normal?
