Hi
Going to spend tomorrow doing further work on my errant car. Stripping off the inlet tract to sort inlet flaps, and also pull the turbo to check variable vanes and also the condition of the cat matrix.
So far I have shifted the limp mode from with a few minutes to quite a drive by fitting the 'EGR mod' So despite cleaning out all the crap and making sure the egr opened and closed the car went into almost immediate limp mode, until I fitted the delete mod, now the car goes in to limp after an extended drive.
One of the problems areas I want to eliminate is the vacuum control system.
Does anyone know what sort of level of vacuum you should see on the car?
John
