ULEZ and CAZ compliant
HPI Clear and vcheck report present
Body is wrapped in 3M Matt Grey (originally Silver) photos to be uploaded soon (at a cost of £4,000) (receipt present)
Wrapped / Gloss Black mirrors and grill
MSL Remap, 77mm Pulley & Quaife LSD at a cost of £2,650
18 inch alloys with excellent Goodyear Eagle F1s on the front and Pirelli P Zero tyres on the back.
New fuel tank installed (a common SL55 fault)
ABC suspension works and does not drop, it has also had several components replaced including the strut and suspension arms in the last 3 years.
The fuel tank and ABC / suspension repairs totalled over £5,000 (receipt present)
Last serviced March 2023. The majority of Service History present (however some invoices are missing) - many have been located - I think a service or two are missing.
Roof lowers and raises as expected
Pioneer CarPlay / Android Auto, professionally installed with Reverse Camera, Steering Interface and Amplifier at a cost of over £1,500 (receipt present)
Retrofit upgrade: Genuine Mercedes Benz Carbon Fibre interior trim at a cost of £1,350 (order confirmation present)
BOSE speakers installed from factory.
Both keys / V5 and Service Booklet is present.
Electric Memory Heated Seats
Xenon lights (2x new Osram Bulbs installed)

Bad points / known issues:
It’s 20 years old, it’s going to need some TLC however given the above spend and upgrades this is an excellent SL55 and would make a brilliant project.
The passenger xenon can be temperamental (both bulbs have been replaced, spare ballasts provided)
The soft closure for the boot doesn’t work (fix detailed on forum) the central locking works fine.
The interior trim for the side mirror is missing (£38 on eBay)
The remote range of the key is very poor and you need to stand very close to the door to lock and unlock)
The IC pump is showing it’s age and would benefit from the uprated 010 Bosch IC pump being installed.
The AC recently started reporting low refrigerant. If I am able to find time to get this regassed at ATS I will. It’s been fine until this month.
