The Summer GTG is nearly upon us, so here are the final details of the venue, time, hotel and any other information. Please feel free to post any questions or comments in the main 'Summer 2003 GTG thread'. This sounds like it's going to be the biggest and best event so far, with the possibility of Brabus, Kleemann and AMG attending.
The idea so far is for an open BBQ dinner. BBQ's etc will be provided, so bring your own food and drinks (we've got tea, coffee etc) and cook away! Hopefully there will be a bouncy castle for the kids if all goes well.
Time and Date:
Saturday 16th August 2003. Starting 11:30am

Driving Directions:
From London, continue down the M4 motorway to junction 7 towards Cippenham/Slough. Turn left at the motorway slip road roundabout, and continue down the A4 towards Maidenhead. At the Sainsbury's roundabout continue straight on until you come to a set of traffic lights (past the Bishop centre) and turn left at the lights. Continue down Marsh Lane. Ginchy is situated approximately 6 houses down from the A4. From M40, M1, and M20 continue on the M25 towards Heathrow and pick up the M4, then follow the above directions. Or, follow the MB Star signs from the A4 to the event.
Preferred Hotels and Bar's:
Holiday Inn Maidenhead. Roughly £80/night including breakfast. For details click here.
Redroofs Hotel (no bar! ), River Thames, Taplow (A4). Continue towards Maidenhead on the A4 (coming from the M4 as above) until you go over the river Thames. Once over the river turn immediately left at the bottom of the bridge, and the hotel is 100 yards down Guards Club Road. £75/night.
