2004 C Class central locking problem

Hi im having some trouble with the rear door on my C class. When i lock the car the door lock button on the top of the door card pops a a little bit so if i pull the exterior door handle a couple of times it pops all the way up and the door can be opened. I have tried to spray some WD40 into the mechanism but this hasn't made any difference and now when i lock the car the nob just pops up and down several times and then locks. The same thing happens with the auto lock function when driving the car.

Has anyone encountered this problem before and if so how did you fix it.

Also how do you remove the door card.

There is a little spring inside the doorlock mechanism witch is broken.It is not easy to take it apart but U can do it yourself a new spring and change it.
