2004 CLK55 cab roof won't close/open

Got a problem with a 2004 CLK55 AMG,

The roof won't fully open. It's giving me a warning message saying close ski / boot hatch. Everything's closed and it still won't open or close. It's telling me to visit workshop.

Any ideas what this could be and how can I get this fixed?

Just to add, the roof is fully open but rear windows won't wind up and also boot won't open unless I manually insert the small key...

Best to find someone with a star machine, as they will be able to pinpoint which device/switch is not activated or has failed

Any ideas what this could be

There'll be a micro switch on the ski hatch which is probably broken or dislodged. Get it on a STAR and you can see all the switch values.
