2004 e class headlights

sorry me again I have xenon lights in my car at the mo could I replace them with standard lights?
Will the loom work?

No I believe not as the wiring would be different as the xenons run off a ballast pack due to voltage/wattage

bugger my n/s light has packed up,replaced the ignior on the back of the bulb and the bulb but no luck could it be the ballast or ?

Must be. Unless a fuse it's the only part left!
