2004 E240 2.6 Bluetooth retrofit?

Good afternoon from sunny Thailand,
I recentlyu acquired a 2004 W211 E240 2.6. The head unit is basic, I do not have an AUX in the glovebox and no phone installed. But upon looking in the central armrest the precabling for bluetooth or phone exists.
I read many forums but I guess for US models where they say that fitting a puck with a tail it will work. I would like to know if the puck with a tail was only manufactured for the US market therefore not working elsewhere...Or is there an other solution find a cradle plus the bluetooth adapter but I do not have any reference. Just to point out the cables that are present is a black cable with a black plus and an other black cable witha round red plug at the end...

I suspect that the bluetooth puck will only work for calls and not to stream music. You should be able to tap into the CD changer with some radios. You might need to pull the radio itself to get the model #in order to determine if you can. This has been discussed recently so it's best to search the forum.
