Can anyone shed some light on my problem please, after washing my car I now get a number of problems, red lights on the dash telling me to visit workshop with a pic of a battery, U0101 and U0155 codes read with a generic code reader which can be reset straight away, but today it has got worse, engine stayed running after removing the key, then later I went to turn the car off and all manner of alarms came up and the horn went off to. And on the way home, my SBC hold has stopped working and the cruise control has stopped to. Im assuming Ive got a water ingress problem but Im not actually sure where I should start looking. Any help would be immensely appreciated, I will have had the car 2 years on the 19/01/17 and its cost me a lot of money already and I cant afford to spend out more on it at the moment.

I have the same car as yours for 5 years.Have a bunch of problems till now.You should dry the place when the fuses and ECU , ESP are located.

There are 3 locations for fuses.

- Engine bay
- End of the dash on the driver's side (need to open the door to see the panel to remove)
- In the boot

Have a look for any wet patches.

Thankyou, once its stops chucking it down outside I will be able to investigate
