Hello everyone,
I have a 2005 SLK200 with standard aircon, 33K miles. Today I noticed that the front screen was misty, so I pressed the front screen demist and the screen did not clear.
This is what happens when the demist is on:
I suspect a flap is stuck or the flap actuator motor has failed.
Does anyone have a photo of the inner ventilation system so I can see how it works? Any other ideas?
Many thanks.

This is what happens when the demist is on:
1. Blower fan goes to full speed (correct).
2. Air temp is warm (correct)
3. Air con is on (correct).
4. Blower air flow is NOT directed to the screen - no air felt coming through vents below screen (not correct)
5. All other air flow functions (face/feet/mix) appear to work OK (correct).
