Hello guys,

a good mate of mine, had bought a couple of months ago an ML320CDI.
Everything was ok with the car until he towed his trailer a week ago, after doing about 40miles with the trailer the car was not shifting properly and it went in limp mode with the EML light on.

I went yesterday and read the codes
P0112 intake air temp circuit low inpu
P1112
P0102
P1102
P0243
P2009
P0489
P0111
P1111
P0100
P0102
P1102

We suspected the battery might be low so he fully charged the battery over night and reconnected it to the car today. He cleared the codes, however they keep reappearing.

Any ideas where to start looking?

PS. the trailer is not connected to the car anymore.

Fuse 104 was burned and caused all the lights and codes to come up.
However I am not sure how this fuse is tripped and burned.

Does anyone have any diagrams and information for the factory fitted tow bar?
The rear lights on the trailer do not seem very bright, indicators and reverse seem to work ok though.
I have connected an A frame as well and the rear lights too seem dim.

Could this be connected to the fuse 104?

But I'm fitting one to mine next week and all the loom for the lights go in to the rear Sam plus the loom has got a fuse in it

Where is the rear SAM located so I can have a look at the plug... just in case any pins need to be cleaned? :)
Just want to see why some lights are dim on the trailer.

Rear side right in the boot
