Nope, the SL65 is the V12 AMG version of the convertible SL with trick metal folding roof. Comes in R230 and R231 flavours.

The quickest ive had out of the SL500 is 148mph roof down its still just wafts along with no drama ( along a runway just off the A14 )

I saw this for sale when Hall's were selling it at about £67k a couple of years ago, but couldn't come to an agreement on price. I seem to recall it was well specced.
