Loud groaning noise when turning the steering wheel left or right today...think the power steering pump has gone.....Part number anyone, please?

Is the car impossible to turn at 10mph?

Very hard to turn first thing this morning....and, yes, seemed to loosen up a bit with speed. But still very noisy on turning......the PAS pump gone?
