2011 Aclass cluster dash kmh-mph

Hello can anyone help please. With the two information screens we can edit the top one fine. We want the bottom one with the speedometer to be in mph not km. the only edit we can do for this effects the top screens data only. Can anyone help please? Does this need to be done by a garage with STAR?

I have same on my A180, as far as I'm aware you cannot change it, garage told me speedo only in mph and also need kph somewhere.

I think can be changed by star, so I've read, MB dealer will almost certainly not change it
