Hi All,
The car is pulling to the left quite noticeably. A few months back the original alloys were swapped for genuine 18" ones with branded tyres. I can't remember if the car pulled left on the original alloys as they were swapped out soon after we bought it.

I have read the related service bulletin and thought I would start with the step "Swap wheels diagonally". I assume this means swap NSF with OSR and OSF with NSR?

Failing that it will be booked in for a wheel alignment. Can someone like Formula One Autocentres handle this or does it have to be a specialist like Wheels In Motion?

Cheers

I have used only WIM in the past 15 years and it's well worth the journey.

Regarding wheel swap, the common practice is to swap the two front wheels - i.e. right-to-left and left-to-right - this will provide indication if the pulling to the left is the result of tyre issue (in which case the pulling to the left will either become pulling to the right - or just neutral if the road camber negates it), or suspension issue (in which case swapping the front wheels will have no effect on the pulling to the left).

Incidentally, if you want to eliminate road camber as the cause, find an empty part of a motorway services car park (or similar) and drive diagonally back and forth checking for any pull to the left.

As far as swapping wheels/tyres about, make sure you keep the rotation (if marked on tyres) the same direction.
Although imo this won't cure it, check pressures & have the steering alignment checked first
I've always used National Tyres 4wheel laser alignment.
