Having a few issues i Should say with my 2012 C63

- on idle at traffic lights I feel a slight vibration and slight needle movement
-the other day my ‘oil temp‘ showed minus then stoped registering so I’m assuming it’s sensor related
-upon pull off I fill like a small knock and then it accelerates can that be prop shaft couling?
