2012 CLS C218 Command sound cut off

Hey Guys

Just purchased a 2012 CLS. DAB and standard radio sound cuts off after a few minutes and comes back few seconds later.
The Nav is working perfectly well and the unit does not power off or go blank.. Just the sound.. Like as if its lost signal.

Any ideas.. Thanks in advance?

Erm... It's lost signal?

DAB on COMAND from around then is terrible unless it has full signal. Try re-tuning or see if you get the same issue miles away.

I can't use it where I live, but 20 miles down the road its fine

I've tried retuning it several times but it's the same. I'm based in Manchester and signal is strong around city and its still the same.. Any other options?
