2012 vito indicator fault

can any1 help .on my 2012 vito the drivers side rear indicator not working every other things works as normal its like the bulbs has gone with the fast flashing . i have put a second hand sam unit in still the same . power tester says there is no power going to the wire on the plug for bulb holder cluster . checked all earths and cleaned them . still scratching head ..
