2013 sprinter 2.0 313cdi egr valve

I have a problem which is pointing to egr valve .
Going to try and clean it first before replacing it .
Might sound strange but does anyone have a picture of where it’s located.

A you open the bonnet its on the right hand side at the back. Its quite a unit for an EGR valve. Usually its the electrical part that fails.
