2016 W213 Left-hand Steering wheel buttons not working

Help!!!The button on the left hand side of my steering wheel arent working (Pickup, drop call etc) the buttons are lit up but not working. The one's on the right-hand are working perfectly.
The issue started two weeks ago, any help would be greatly appreciated

The 3 year warranty has expired but i have an extended warranty taken out. Could it be a fuse?

Yes, before it worked via wireless connection now i've plugged it in through apple play still doesnt work. Could it be a fuse?

If you plug it in, not via Apple Play, does it work?

I don’t understand why everyone asks “Is it fuse?”

It’s an easy check
- either check the fuse box
- or, as multiple circuits often share a fuse, does anything else not work?

Everything else works apart from that

Get them to sort it, it's what you pay the premiums for
