2018 Mercedes Convertible E220d HELP

My car has full service
Just changed oil and filter, fuel filter and checked spark plugs but when cold stats rough and once warm all ok.

When I gentle rev of cold it stops feeling as if it’s lumpy or missing

Then drives all ok

Had glow plugs checked all ok

Air filter also changed and still doing this occasionally when engine cold or not started for few days.

Someone told me to replace injectors that may help.
Do my injectors need coding if I buy new ones ?

I hope after this is starts normal

So Your car has spark plugs. glow plugs and injectors ? Is it diesel or petrol ?

How did they check the glow plugs, did they check the relay?

Did they check the values/corrections on the injectors?
