2019 E Class - Replacement Wireless Charging Mat

I've searched the threads but I can't find an answer. I have wireless charging in my E Class but according to the manual, there should be a plastic mat that the phone sits on and stops it sliding around. Mine is missing. Any idea where to source a replacement? A part number would be great. Picture attached.
