I bought a set of 202 alloys for my car from a fellow member a year ago. Although from another 202, they did not fit my car’s front axle. Apparently my 250TD estate has bigger calipers than most models. A pair of 3mm spacers from Murray Systems solved the problem.
My car got new brake pads fitted last week, and afterwards the wheels would not fit. The garage kindly put steel wheels onto my car, sourced from their 190 courtesy car.
I now need a set of alloys to fit my C250td. Preferably before my garage wants their wheels back. And a 15" factory option so no fuss with the insurers.
I’ve been offered lots of wheels from 124’s. They include the following:
1244011302 et41 7jx15 H2
How do I tell that if these fit? Is the different offset a big issue – w202 wheels are all ET37.
Also is 7j permissable for 195/65/15 tyres?
Thanks in advance…
Tim
