2020 Command Online issues.

Got a beautiful C300DE AMG Line Night Edition Premium the other day, replacing my C220 Sport.
Seems there always has to be a small but annoying ‘issue’ with Mercs that always knocks the shine off slightly.

In the 2015 220 it was the dog excrement Garmin nav. However the phone system worked perfectly.
In the new one, I like the nav, but the phone system simply will not sync or import all my contacts.
I’ve tried everything. I either get an error saying ‘data could not be called up from phone’, or no error message but only 30 or so contacts.

I’m stumped. Any suggestions?

Sorted.

For info, if it helps anyone else.
I went into the contacts and made sure only ‘Contacts’ was selected in the Groups. (I have other groups, it’s a work phone).
Then, in the Bluetooth, make sure only ‘All Contacts’ and ‘Sync Contacts’ is selected. Nothing else like ‘recents’ or ‘Show notifications’.
