203 estate rear wash wipe

Got a daft question.

Can anyone tell me whether the rear wash wipe nozzles on said car should rotate with the blade or remain static?

I'm sure that they were previously static, i.e. always pointing roughly 'upwards' but they now seem to rotate with the blade spraying water everywhere but where its needed.

Trouble is, i'm not entirely certain..... help

They are static, pointing upwards in a "V"

Any good? 305 is the washer nozzle.
